Dover Greens team of staff and consultants are actively moving forward with the goal of the SEQR determination and the Phase I Site Plan approval.

As the higher level of details are required in forthcoming approval processes, several survey works are being done on the campus ground including the water lines, sewer lines, existing manholes and underground tanks.

Based on the understanding of the existing utility lines, consultants will add details for both maintenance and future improvement design plans, which will then be submitted to the town planning board for review and eventually be materialized into the construction drawings.

Both university officials and Dover town community are looking forward to the fruition of their joint effort in rebuilding the once vacant and unsafe property into fully-functioning and activity-generating campus.
