Dover Greens completed renovation of 20,830 SF building on the campus. The building is among dozens of large masonry superstructures originally built in 1930’s.
Full scale renovation included environmental remediation, new thermal envelope and building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, as well as brand new finishes for wall and hardwood floors.
