On Tuesday, May 16, 2017, Dover Greens officials visited the Dutchess County Executive office in Poughkeepsie, New York.
The County Executive Marc Molinaro warmly greeted and received the recent updates regarding Olivet University Dover campus project update and discussed the revitalization in greater Eastern Dutchess area.
Mr Molinaro appreciated the update on the project and expressed that Dover Greens has made a great progress since last year by gaining SEQR/ Phase I Site Plan approval, opening the first University dormitory and a modular home, while designing and planning for the upcoming four buildings construction.
Mr Molinaro further expressed that the Dover Greens/ Olivet University project moving forward means not just a university’s success but will impact and contribute to restore the entire Eastern Dutchess area.
County officials are scheduled to meet in Dover in the month of June.
