On June 1, 2016, Dover Greens officials met with Eoin Wrafter, AICP, Commissioner at Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development and his team in Hyde Park, New York.
The team updated the department regarding the current progress of planning with the Dover town planning board and the excitement for the project moving forward. Eoin and his team were supportive of the project’s vision, and advised that the key to move forward is to help create the collaborative atmosphere and for the entire working group to come together making creative solutions.
On the following day, June 2, 2016, there was a meeting with consultants at AKRF office in White Plains, New York. Both Dover Greens and Dover town consultants had an opportunity to go over the project and the submission made on May 23, where remaining questions were answered and feedbacks received.
Dover Greens project is on the agenda for next Dover planning board meeting on June 6, 2016.
