Dover Greens project made a step closer to successfully obtaining SEQR determination at Dover town planning board meeting on June 6, 2016.
Following the complete submission of EA (Environmental Assessment) and the answers to the town comments on May 23, the reviewing of the materials was done by the town planning board and the town consultants. Dover Greens officials together with town planning board and both sides of consultants are working hand in hand to move the project forward.
After going through the public hearing, Dover Greens project will then be able to receive the final SEQR determination which will open up the doors for the Site Plan application and for obtaining necessary permits for Phase I construction.
