Dover Greens ground has been busy with various survey inspections done for the infrastructure improvements and for the Site Plan drawings.
Existing sewer distribution lines were surveyed and cleaned by the sewer specialist during past weeks and continuing this week. Jet rodder and video inspection unit were used to clean and televise the existing sewer lines.
Dover Greens intends to replace those pipes that are broken, while keeping the ones that are inspected to be working. In the cases where the capacity permits, smaller pipes will be lined through the old large sewer pipes.
Upon the receipt of the inspection results, Dover Greens team of engineers will be able to finalize the Site Plan details of the sewer distribution pipes in combinations of both new and existing lines.
