Dover Greens plans to rejuvenate the Route 22 with a new entrance for Olivet University campus. The project work scope includes erecting of a new masonry columns, university signage, new pavement and landscaping elements on east and west side of Route 22.
Later phases of this project include restoration of original running track with subsequent upgrade into all weather track and field facility. Final design and selection of materials is under way.
“As student body and its needs increase on the university campus, this project will help beautify the area and increase the visibility on Route 22,” shared Dover Greens.
