Roof renovations on Building #23 which will be utilized as the University administration building have been completed. Replacement of couple of hundred slates, new copper valleys, counter flashing and parapet wall sections were completed, finalizing the work on building envelope.
In addition, roof renovation on Building #18 which will be utilized for Olivet Academy instructional programs has been completed. Slate roof was renovated including all copper valleys, hips and flashing, dormers as well as new copper gutters.
Dormitory (Building #11) added new window trims for visual and watertight value.
