Olivet Management (now called Dover Greens) is pleased to be working with Kathy Schibanoff, recently named Chief Executive Officer of Olivet Management.
Ms. Schibanoff is responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating staff and activities for the development project in Dover, New York.
She formerly served as Project Coordinator and Local Liaison for Dover Knolls Development under The Benjamin Companies, which sold the property to Dover Greens in August.
She brings to the position 20 years of experience working with organizations devoted to preservation and development issues in the Harlem Valley area. A long-time resident of Dover, she was the Executive Director of the Harlem Valley Partnership from 1993 to 2002; and worked as assistant to the Chairman of the Dutchess County Legislature prior to joining Dover Knolls Development in 2004.
Ms. Schibanoff served on the Dover Board of Education for 20 years and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation.
